CCTV is obviously an important asset when reacting to incidents but it also serves a valuable protective function. For example, it’s used by many retail clients to safeguard out-of-hours delivery drivers, who might otherwise be vulnerable when calling in at stores at night. Our ARC staff can use the system to provide a constant watch over store entrances, the vehicle and the driver while he/she is out of the cab, busy unloading or in the store itself.

 

Immediate responses can include intervening through speakers, directly to the site, or informing the police of a live incident. Whatever your preferred response, our team will follow your instructions to the letter.
